MFast is a secure phone platform built and developed by Digital Payment Solutions Joint Stock Company (DigiPay JSC.) that aims to uplift the lives of millions in the Philippines by offering a seamless connection to financial services. This platform caters to individuals, freelancers, and businesses, providing easy access to various financial solutions.

Acceptance of Terms

Before using MFast, we urge you to review these terms carefully. Engaging with MFast signifies your acceptance of the following conditions:

  • Choosing to download/use MFast is at your discretion.
  • Users agree not to use MFast in a way that infringes on any third party’s rights or violates any agreements. DIGIPAY will not be liable for any disputes arising from such usage.
  • Users accept full responsibility for their decision to engage with MFast.
  • All interactions on MFast must adhere to acceptable cultural and conduct standards.
  • MFast may change these rules and updates anytime; Therefore, Users should regularly check the MFast website for updates.

MFast reserves the right to modify these terms; hence, regular review is advised.

  1. DEFINITIONS
  2. Prospective Customers (Leads): Individuals providing preliminary information and expressing interest in MFast’s services.
  3. Successful Customer: Individuals who have finalized transactions or successfully utilized MFast’s services.
  4. Business Hours: Operations from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, excluding public holidays as recognized in the Philippines.
  5. SPECIFIC TERMS:

Article 1. Ownership of Customer Information

Information entered into MFast by users is owned by the submitter. MFast is authorized to:

  • Process customer data as specified by the user.
  • Utilize customer data for cross-selling only with user consent as outlined in Article 3.

Article 2. User Responsibilities

Before submitting customer information, users must ensure:

  • Customers are informed about and interested in MFast’s services.
  • Consent is obtained for sharing personal data for service processing.
  • MFast reserves the right to verify customer consent and may deactivate accounts for non-compliance.

Article 3. Active Freelance Sales Agent Criteria

Active status is forfeited under any of the following conditions:

  • 30 days of inactivity.
  • 15 days without income or application processing.
  • 10 days without income and app access.

Article 4. Tax and Fee Regulations

Users acknowledge that MFast will deduct applicable taxes/fees from commissions and handle BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) payments. MFast will provide documentation upon request.

Article 5. Account Cancellation Policy

MFast may cancel accounts for:

  • 180 days of inactivity.
  • 90 days without verification and interaction.

Canceled accounts lose all data and balances, requiring re-registration for further use.

Article 6. Copyright and Trademarks.

All MFast app/website content is protected. Unauthorized use requires prior written consent from MFast.

Article 7. Conduct Standards

Users must:

  • Obey laws and respect cultural norms.
  • Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
  • MFast reserves the right to remove inappropriate content and terminate user access for violations.

Article 8. Disclaimer.

MFast provides information “as is” and is not liable for direct or indirect damages from its use. MFast is not responsible for errors, viruses, or external website links.
